Question Number 4: Unseen Passage, Marks: 05 (Cloze Test with Clues)

It’s impossible for anyone to predict which passage will be on the upcoming HSC examination. But from my previous experience, I can suggest how to prepare yourself.

There are 2 methods of preparing yourself for the ‘Cloze Test with Clues’. They are:

  • Method 01:  Board Questions from 2017-2024.
  • Method 02: Test Questions from the renowned college from 2017-2024.

If you are a weak student and don’t want to practice a lot of questions, then only solve the board’s question. On the contrary, if you are good at English and want to ensure full marks, then practice boards and test questions from the renowned college.

Question Number 5: Unseen Passage, Marks: 10 (Cloze Test without Clues)

There are 2 methods of preparing yourself for the ‘Cloze Test with Clues’. They are:

  • Method 01:  Board Questions from 2017-2024.
  • Method 02: Test Questions from the renowned college from 2017-2024.

If you are not very good at English, only practice board questions. On the other hand, if you want to ensure full marks in the ‘Cloze Test without Clues,’ then practice both boards and renowned colleges’ questions.

Question Number 6: Unseen, Marks: 10 (Rearranging)

There are 2 methods of preparing yourself for the ‘Rearranging’. They are:

  • Method 01:  Board Questions from 2017-2024.
  • Method 02: Test Questions from the renowned college from 2017-2024.

Follow method 1 if you don’t have enough time to prepare yourself for the upcoming exam. If you have enough time to prepare for the upcoming exam, follow both methods 1 and 2.

I suggest practising both methods because mastering the ‘Rearrange’ part of the HSC examination will help you get a GPA-5.
